While recovering from an injury, Coach Lori discovered the value in strength training, recovery, and efficient running mechanics. All three are needed for a prolonged running life. Whether avid runner or beginner, we can prevent injuries and have superior movement by implementing all three components into our daily training. Sharing this knowledge with the community and keeping runners injury free and on the road or trails, is my passion. I want to help others realize their athletic potential through a more efficient running practice.
