Private Coaching is a remarkably effective and efficient way to accomplish your movement and fitness goals. Your coach will work with you to identify and clarify your  goals, assess your movement ability, and design a program specifically targeted at improving your deficiencies, maximizing your strengths, and translating that into your purpose. Private coaching is recommended if you typically live a sedentary lifestyle, have an injury that you can’t figure out how to deal with, are training for a specific sport or event, or just prefer the additional attention and accountability.
