"This is a training center to be challenged to be your best self, get equipped with an elite movement, health, and fitness education, and accomplish goals you never thought possible. I joined this facility after suffering from a stress fracture that had me out of running and even walking for months. Bree and the coaches helped me to work out around my injury, rehab my injury through movement and mobility, and eventually get to be the strongest I’ve ever been. I’m continually learning and growing to not be comfortable with the status quo and never fear a challenge. Coming here I’ve learned that my body is able to heal, adapt, and work harder than I ever thought possible."
