Movement and Mobility:
Improve performance, enhance your recovery and prevent injury, by learning to move and maintain your body like you care. A priority class for all levels, this class is dedicated to teaching Dr. Kelly Starrett’s revolutionary human performance model that uniquely combines a movement-first approach and an athlete centric bias, to achieve superior athletic and functional outcomes. Our athletes recover more quickly, resolve old injuries, enjoy greater fitness, and are empowered to manage and avoid future orthopedic injury and dysfunction.
General Physical Preparedness (CrossFit)
At the heart of our Vent Programming are our General Physical Preparedness (CrossFit) classes. Why? Simply put, it is too damn effective to ignore. We utilize universal and transferable movements (often found in nature). Think push, pull, squat, lift, run, throw, as opposed to biceps curls and calve raises. Our program is light, it’s heavy, long, short, and there are intervals. The true beauty of a GPP style workout is that they are all inherently and completely scalable. Meaning, the most novice student, world-class athlete and your grandma, can all complete the same workout with just a few simple modifications to the load, volume and intensity. In an effort to make our program sustainable, our coaches see to it you train only as much as you are able to recover from. After all, this isn’t just about lasting fitness, but a sustainable lifestyle.
Our core program is our General Physical Preparedness (GPP) class and we recommend these classes for everyone, to develop and increase base fitness capacities and well-rounded abilities. We also recognize that many athletes have significant holes in strength and general fitness. To this end, we will offer a wide variety of specialized classes that are intended to be a compliment to our GPP classes.
These classes will include, but are not limited to: CrossFit Skills, Gymnastics basics, Powerlifting, Olympic Lifting Club, Vent Endurance, Hero/Girls WOD Hour, (Ido Portal inspired) Movement Sessions.

Hi-intenisyt and high-energy, MetCon is a workout that utilizes funcitonal body weight movements with light to moderate loads. This program includes CrossFit's strength-building movements but omits the complexgymnastics and Olympic weight-lifting exercises. MetCon is easy to start but still very challenging, and like our CrossFit classes, every workout is different. Expect to work hard, have fun and earn amazing results.
